Tuesday's Talons: Klean Holo Snowflake NOTD

Currently watching: Calendar Girls

Good morning ladies,

It seems to me that this is the year of the snowflake manicure and I'm so happy to be joining in the fun :-)

I've done a couple of snowflake manicures already but this is definitely my favourite.

My base is Klean Color Holo Chrome, a blue holographic polish which I absolutely love, despite the fact it's a nightmare to remove.

I then stamped the snowflake image using Konad Special White and, you guessed it, Bundle Monster plate BM 323.

And the real proof that I love this manicure?  I kept it on for five days ;-)

Bye for now,
Laura

  3. I love this mani! The colours work so well together and it looks beautiful =) Btw, have you heard of/tried the PVA glue technique for glitter polishes yet? Basically apply the glue as a basecoat instead of your regular one and then after its dry paint nails as usual. The beauty of all this is that when it comes to removing the glitter polish, simply peel it off! It won't damage the nails and is easy as pie =)

    1. Thanks!
I've tried the Essence peel off base coat AND PVA glue but neither technique worked for me! I must have "special" nails, lucky me :-(

    3. I know :-( I was sceptical about using glue but even with the Essence basecoat, it said apply and wait 5-10mins for the polish to change from white to transparent. For me I had to sometimes wait over 40mins!
