NOTD

Good morning girls!

Here's my NOTD from Tuesday, which I've taken ages to post.

This was done using pastel pink, Konad special polish in white and a Bundle Monster image plate. Unfortunately this design was hard to photograph so I don't think any of these photos do it justice because in real life this looked amazing :-) The pattern was great, the colours were a winning combination, it went well with my outfit...

There was a downside with this design however: clean up was a nightmare. When I stamped, the image went on my nail, at both sides of the nail, under the nail and below the nail. My Essence nail polish remover pen is usually fab for stamping clean up but it was rendered pretty much useless time.

(This is the truest representation of the real colour)

Has anyone else used this design and had problems with clean up?
Bye for now,
Laura

  7. So pretty it looks really professionally done, well it's expertly created by you, hehe.
Just spotted that the comment I posted yesterday didn't go through. I was probably too tired and forgot the verying part or admiring your nails too much to notice. :p
Yeah the H&M polish is tiny, are they the mini ones you were trying to look for? I wonder how many uses it will give. Suppose I rarely use a bottle till very end. Many it will happen with grey skies

  8. Professionally done, ha. Actually because it was such a nightmare to clean-up, I've been put off using full nail images for a while. Shame.
Yeh, it was those mini ones I was looking for, mainly because I wanted really cheap polish and the mua range didn't have any colours for me. I think when I watched a Nails Inc qvc show they said their mini bottles (5ml maybe?) should last for at least 10 manicures.
